We were told Ford is the only place to get the new transmission. I contacted Ford with no help or assistance with at the very least advice, nothing. You need to have a special container that hold two quarts at a time, then you put an air hose to it,to pressurize,and blow the new fluid in,warm up,and any extra will drain back into your fill container. To verify the quantity removed would always be prudent and only be concerned if different than 5 qts.
