I said, Where is the oil going? Last thing I wanted to do was get involved with a lawyer. From what I have been reading this is a serious issue. So it will be louder than normal revving, but in my case it wasn't insanely loud until the hood was open and I was standing there listening to the engine while revving.

There are a few different warranties that your vehicle is covered under after purchase. My car is still on Warranty and is under a total engine recall. Kia dealership says its the connector rod bearing in 3 cylinder. Once again they are stating that we must pay for it. I gave the dealership a copy the service records and they submitted the paper work to Kia for warranty repair. Dealers will inspect the engines and replace them if necessary.
